Windows Media Player downloaded movies cannot be returned but carry our GUARANTEE. Please contact us at goldgirl@mymctc.net if you have any problems downloading a video. We will enable more download attempts to make sure you receive your download. If we conclude that a download failure has occurred as a result of your computer we may opt to mail you a copy of the video download on a CD or DVD.
